Description

New Splitboards Mendiboard collection. New shape, new sidecuts, new lengths, screw free sole thanks to the use of inserts for the hooks, 7 lines of inserts for a wider range of rider position depending on our style of descent (freestyle / freeride), tab on the tail and two holes on the tip for easy and efficient handling of the skins in the transitions from uphill to downhill and vice versa.

We continue our philosophy of a traditional camber profile, with a long board to snow contact surface, providing the best traction and grip in touring mode, and exceptional pop, response and versatility in ride mode on all types of snow. But we’ve also thought about optimal powder performance, which is why the Nimbus has a higher toe height to help us float, and a distinct setback to help us avoid having to pull our weight back. The ultra-fast sintered sole gives extra speed (speed = float). Shorter turning radius than its predecessor, making it the perfect ally for tight forests and narrow terrain.

As a novelty this season we have reduced the height or curvature of the tail of our splitboard, this gives it a greater edge length in the turns, we enter the turn earlier and exit later so we spend more time in the turn, this allows us greater control and agility in the turns.

This is a splitboard for people looking to have fun with a responsive board regardless of mountain conditions, even in forests and narrow terrain.
